Fudge made easy!

I've never tried making fudge before, but this recipe makes it look totally do-able. It's just a single recipe, so I'm guessing the author will be publishing (or has published) others. Now I just have to find an occasion to make this for because if I make it now I'm sure to eat the whole pound and a half of it myself!

I just reviewed this author's Kindle creation on Chocolate Mashmallow Fudge and am going to say the same thing about this offering. With the addition of: I LOVE butter pecan ice cream so I know I'm going to also love this butterscotch pecan fudge. I've made a lot of fudges over the years - but never run across a recipe that includes butterscotch, so will definitely be adding this to my repertoire!
The author did a great job of taking mouth-watering photos of the completed fudge as well as the ingredients (thank you for including ingredients - I like having the visuals). The recipe is easy to follow, really thorough and clearly written by someone who's actually made the dish! Kudos. Can't wait to chomp in.
